Lesair has worked with clients in Colorado and North Dakota to comply with the new Federal Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting requirements.  Although no emission standards are in-place, the EPA has established a reporting compliance date for all applicable industries to provide an estimate of GHG emissions in excess of 25,000 metric tons of CO₂.  Implementation of a new and changing regulation with proposed revisions is challenging.  Lesair successfully communicated evolving regulatory requirements to our clients and established strong client relationships to collect the required data.  In addition, Lesair has developed a comprehensive GHG program for each client that estimates emissions from their applicable emission sources and prepared documentation to support compliance with the GHG regulatory requirements.
