Lesair has developed a program for tracking and managing air permitting requirements for new well completions for clients located in Colorado.  On a prescribed basis, Lesair reviews drilling schedules, new well notices, and the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission website to identify when a client’s new wells start producing.  To determine air permitting compliance applicability, our experienced staff performs an inventory of air emissions  and evaluates the need to submit an Air Pollution Emission Notice (APEN).  As part of the APEN management program, Lesair staff also track our client’s existing APENs to determine when 5-year updates are due, revisions to permit limits are required, or whether significant changes in annual actual emissions are occurring.  We seamlessly manage the APEN process for our clients to ensure that all State regulatory requirements are followed and to ensure that all required documentation, recordkeeping, and operation and maintenance plans are complete and current.
